Today is the day! Zack Snyder’s Justice League is finally out on HBO Max.
To celebrate the highly anticipated film launch, Weta Workshop has unveiled the first character in its new line of limited-edition, 1:4 scale statues inspired by the characters unique to this version of the film.
Superman, in all his black-suited glory, will be the first polystone statue in the collection. Created with Zack Snyder’s direction, the statue will feature a base design with a Zack Snyder’s Justice League plaque. The collectible also comes with two interchangeable heads — one normal and the other with Superman’s signature heat vision (red, LED eyes).
If the Man of Steel is too heroic for you, Weta has also teased many more sinister characters to come in this line. Big bad Darkseid and his right-hand-man Desaad have heard the call and are coming to invade your collection. The last laugh, for now, will be Jared Leto’s Joker, who will also be getting a Weta Workshop release in the near future.
