Collaborations make for some of the most iconic stories, especially when Godzilla is involved. Atsuko’s latest apparel collection shows off Godzilla with his latest partners — the Power Rangers.
The collection is inspired by the Godzilla vs. The Mighty Morphin Power Ranger comics that came out last year. In the series, Power Rangers villain Rita Repulsa travels to an alternate universe where the Power Rangers don’t exist and finds herself in a world full of Kaiju. The Power Rangers must team up with Godzilla to save that universe from Rita, the Xiliens, and the Dragonzord.
There are eight T-shirts in this collection that show off different frames from the comics, including Rita Repulsa and the Dragonzord facing off against Godzilla, Godzilla using Atomic Breath on his enemies, and the cover art for the Godzilla vs. The Mighty Morphin Power Ranger comics which shows the Red, Green, Yellow, and Pink Power Rangers watching Godzilla face off against the Dragonzord. Most of the T-shirts are black and white, but there is also a neon green tie-dye T-shirt in the collection that depicts the Dragonzord and Godzilla’s epic battle.
Even if you haven’t kept up with the comics, this Atsuko T-shirt collection will make you feel as epic as a Godzilla-Power Rangers crossover.
