Your favorite Cybertronian Spy is ready to invade your collections. Robosen and Hasbro are bringing new collectibles to Decepticon fans with the first auto-converting Soundwave robot.
The classic Decepticon is heading to collectors’ shelves with a robot that converts between Soundwave’s gladiator form and the iconic cassette player. The Transformers Soundwave Auto-Converting Robot replicates the classic design in both forms, from the deep blue colorway to the red scanning light in its eyes. Utilizing servo technologies, Soundwave brings displays to life with realistic actions and sinister commands.
This Deception collectible is more than meets the eye, especially with its unique features. In cassette mode, Soundwave becomes a functional Bluetooth speaker and a tape recorder, allowing fans to record their voices. As a Decepticon, fans can experience more than 200 lines from Frank Welker, the original G1 voice of Soundwave. The robot also recreates the 1984 sound, with lines like “Destroy Autobots,” and “Soundwave superior, Autobots inferior.”
The Transformers Soundwave Auto-Converting Robot is now available for preorder on robosen.com/soundwave.
