This Claudia Schiffer Barbie is Dressed to Perfection 

Clear the runway because a fashion icon is getting her own Barbie. 

Claudia Schiffer, a legendary supermodel and entrepreneur who rose to fame in the ’90s, is the latest person to have a Barbie doll created based on her. Schiffer’s chic signature style still influences celebrities and tastemakers today. For example, Barbie: The Movie’s own Margot Robbie was seen dressed in an all-pink 1990s Chanel blazer originally worn by Claudia Schiffer.

The doll features a re-creation of Schiffer’s iconic runway moment from the 1994 Fall/Winter Atelier Versace show. The cerulean floor-length gown is ethereal, creating a delicate shimmer from every angle. The look is complete with matching heels, her famous blonde locks, and soft makeup.

While this is the first Barbie Claudia Schiffer doll available to purchase, it is actually the fourth one made by Mattel. In 2017, Barbie created a one-of-a-kind doll of Schiffer to celebrate 30 years of her career and the launch of her self-titled book. Barbie also celebrated Schiffer’s 50th birthday in 2020 by creating two one-of-a-kind Barbie dolls of the supermodel in her favorite Versace and Balmain dresses.
