Ever been to a board game cafe? Yes, it’s just as amazing as it sounds. There’s a change of scenery in the latest episode of Cosplayers Getting Coffee, the first of two special episodes at Bard and Baker: Board Game Cafe in Troy, New York.
Episode 20 features Amanda Jade (@nanasdarlingadventures) as Sakura Haruno from the Naruto manga and anime series created by Masashi Kishimoto; Jen Wicks (@Jaye42) as Ignis from Final Fantasy XV; and Mikaela Martin (@thewalkingmikcosplay) as Junkrat from Overwatch.
The trio gets together to discuss their favorite video games and Pokémon, the freedom of cosplay, and what it’s like to be plus-sized in the cosplay world. Obviously, you can’t go to a board game cafe without playing some board games, so the three cosplayers also play a nerve-wracking game of Perfection.
