amico

Intellivision Entertainment is looking to shake up the at-home video game experience. The company is launching a home entertainment system, Intellivision Amico, next year on Oct. 10.

At Gamescom, Intellivision launched a trailer giving a better look at what we can expect from the system, including some of the exclusive games.

Amico is designed to be a family-friendly system that encourages social interaction, featuring casual games that are easy to play and rated E (Everyone) or E10+ only. The system is set to retail for less than $200, with games costing between $2.99 and $9.99. It comes with two controllers and five games and will be available in five colors.
