Krispy Kreme’s newest collection of fandom-fueled doughnuts is Pokémon-themed, with six sweet treats inspired by the iconic franchise.
The Bulbasaur treat is Krispy Kreme’s Original Glazed doughnut with vanilla icing and frosting. The Poké Ball Doughnut is topped with chocolate and vanilla icing and red sprinkles. The Squirtle Doughnut is glazed with cotton-candy-flavored buttercream and dipped in nonpareils and addictive sanding sugar. The Jigglypuff Doughnut’s buttercream tastes like strawberries and is sprinkled with strawberry cookie sprinkles.
The Pikachu Doughnut is unglazed, but don’t let that deter you! The dessert features vanilla icing, a drizzle, and is stuffed with a mouthwatering lemon-flavored filling. Finally, the Charmander Doughnut has a marshmallow- and chocolate-flavored filling, and is finished off with caramel icing and red and gold sugar. All six doughnuts feature a decorative piece of the Pokémon character.

If you’re more of a snacker, Krispy Kreme is offering cups that feature illustrations of the Pokémon characters. Each cup comes with 10 Original Glazed Gold Dots. Fans who are going all-in on the collab can also purchase a Pokémon Dozen, which features the six themed doughnuts and six regular glazed. If you’re looking for a freebie, fans wearing Pokémon merch when they visit their local Krispy Kreme can get free glazed doughnuts Aug. 22.
