Like Patches O’Houlihan once said, “Remember the 5 D’s of dodgeball: Dodge, duck, dip, dive, and dodge.”
You’ll need to heed that advice if you plan on purchasing Hasbro’s new exclusive NERF Hyper EVOLVE-100 Blaster. NERF, started in 1969 and now owned by Hasbro, has been pumping out blasters since the ’90s, but this isn’t your grandpa’s foam blaster. With a price tag of $52.99, the massive 100-round capacity and enhanced stability will be more than worth it when it comes to playtime.
This blaster features a spring-open hopper for instant round reloading, all courtesy of a quick-release button that opens the hopper doors automatically. No one will get the drop on you: Keep a finger on the trigger while you refill the hopper with your free hand. If you want max firepower, simply attach the separately sold reload canisters to the two tactical rails for quick reloads.
The hopper is able to hold 70 NERF Hyper rounds, but the capacity totals 100. You have to be 14 or up to play, but regardless of how old you are, eyewear is required (and included). Rounds can reach up to 110 feet per second, so don’t shoot your eye out!
The NERF Hyper EVOLVE-100 Blaster is available October 1, exclusively at Walmart. Order the Hyper EVOLVE-100 Blaster online or pick it up in store.
