There’s no better way to take a breather from walking around Comic-Con International: San Diego (SDCC) than playing video games.
Nintendo will be attending SDCC with its newest Nintendo Switch 2-exclusive launch title, Splatoon Raiders. From July 23-26, fans can celebrate the launch by stopping by booth No. 235 in Hall A of the convention center and checking out some of the gameplay for the game, exploring the secrets of the Spirhalite Islands with the idols from Deep Cut.
For the first time in the series, this single-player campaign allows Shiver, Frye, and Big Man to join the player on their adventures and help keep the swarms of Salmonids at bay. Observant fans might notice a special trolley wrapped in a Splatoon Raiders-themed design while attending the con.

The company is also giving U.S. players the chance to play another Nintendo Switch 2 exclusive title, Nintendo Switch Sports Resort, before its Oct. 22 launch in a pop-up experience during SDCC weekend. Attendees can visit the Hilton San Diego Bayfront Hotel, try out different activities on the hotel’s promenade, and play four of the 12 sports in the game.

Once they’re all warmed up and familiar with the controls, players can test their skills against The Rizzler, who will be attending the preview as a special guest on July 23 from 1:30-3:30 p.m.
