Horror fans are in for a scary good time at this year’s New York Comic Con (NYCC).
Peacock is celebrating its upcoming Friday the 13th prequel series, Crystal Lake, with a free interactive experience at the Javits Center. From Oct. 8-11, fans can head to Booth No. 1359 to report for counselor orientation at the seemingly serene summer camp. Of course, anyone familiar with Camp Crystal Lake knows there’s more lurking beneath the surface.
This spine-chilling activation will immerse attendees in the world of the new series. Brave campers can explore the experience, pose for a killer Camp Crystal Lake photo op, and even pick up branded giveaways to take home — provided you make it back in one piece.
Camp Crystal Lake will welcome counselors throughout all four days of NYCC. The experience will be open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday through Saturday, and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
Think you have what it takes to survive the night? Stop by Booth No. 1359 to find out, and tune in to Crystal Lake when the series premieres Oct. 15 on Peacock.
