Polaroid Originals launched the Polaroid Lab today, a miniature tabletop darkroom that instantly turns smartphone photos into classic Polaroid film photos.
Users can select any photo or image from their smartphone via the Polaroid Originals app, place their phone facing downward on the platform, and press the red button to project the photo onto film. The device uses a three-lens developing system to recast the image as an instant photo that ejects from the Polaroid Lab. Voilá! The digital image is transformed into a real Polaroid photograph, just like that.
