Turn the volume up over 9,000! Crunchyroll is bringing back its fan-favorite music festival at Comic-Con International: San Diego (SDCC) this year, with new bands and beats inspired by your favorite anime.
Kicking off July 25, the Crunchyroll Anime Fanfest brings together J-Pop, hip-hop, EDM, and R&B artists from all over the world for one free-to-attend music festival. The experience goes beyond just live performances, featuring merch pop-ups, exclusive giveaways, and other one-of-a-kind anime experiences. Fans can check it out at The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park, just behind the San Diego Convention Center.

Day 1 of the festival will spotlight Japan’s vibrant music scene with genre-bending mash-ups from SPYAIR, SPY x FAMILY ending theme singer yama, ASH DA HERO, Slushii, Magnolia Park, Hyper Potions, VGR, and James Landino, the composer behind the Tower of God soundtrack. Day 2’s lineup takes a more global focus, celebrating how anime blends with hip-hop, R&B, and other music styles all over the world. On this day, fans can catch performances from Denzel Curry, INIKO, Pink Pablo, ALI, NOODLES, and more.
Between jams, fans can check out artist and anime-themed pop-ups, score exclusive merch, and explore the Activations Crosswalk, which features immersive art installations from titles like Kaiju No. 8, The Rising of the Shield Hero, and the upcoming Gachiakuta.
Crunchyroll Anime Fanfest is free and open to the public on July 25-26. Doors will open at 1 p.m. each day at The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park — no SDCC badge required!
