Rumor has it that we’re might get a lot more Star Wars movies—and by rumor, we mean Twitter.
Aaron Goins, host of a Star Wars podcast, attended the All Star Comic Con this weekend, and got the chance to exchange a few words with Tom Kane. The result:
Tom Kane seems to be somewhat in the know but very hesitant to share.. claims there are at least 9 Star Wars films in various stages of development, some individual character stories yet to be announced, but definitely not Yoda. #StarWars #AllStarComicCon

ICYMI, Tom Kane is a voice actor who has held several roles in the franchise. Kane was Ackbar’s voice in The Last Jedi, and is known for voicing Yoda when Frank Oz can’t. While Kane wasn’t too revealing, he mentioned that there might be as many as nine films in current development. He did emphasize that there would not a Yoda film, however.
While we don’t have concrete evidence yet, it’s safe to say something good is coming. Fingers crossed they’ll reconsider making a Yoda film though.
