Woody, Buzz, and the rest of the gang are headed on a road trip.

According to a new synopsis and teaser trailer Disney released today, the Toy Story 4 we will be seeing next summer is quite different than originally announced. The fourth film picks up with Woody and Buzz, still in Bonnie’s care, meeting a new toy named Forky. Forky (voiced by Tony Hale) is introduced in the teaser trailer and seems less self-assured than the others in the Toy Story crew. In fact, he literally messes up their nice moment when he stumbles and falls.

The full released synopsis reads:

Woody has always been confident about his place in the world and that his priority is taking care of his kid, whether that’s Andy or Bonnie. But when Bonnie adds a reluctant new toy called “Forky” to her room, a road trip adventure alongside old and new friends will show Woody how big the world can be for a toy.

Disney also released the movie’s first poster for the movie, which simply features Woody and its release date.

When it was announced in 2014, Will McCormack and Rashida Jones were set to write Toy Story 4. Both have since left the project, which led to an almost full rewrite of the script. Originally, the plot was supposed to focus on Woody and Buzz searching for Bo Peep.

Only time will tell if this fourth installment will hold up Toy Story 3, which seemed like a perfect ending for the franchise. But apparently Tom Hanks got emotional while recording the end, which we’ll take as a good sign.
