Baby Yoda

There’s no doubt about it: The breakout star of The Mandalorian — and honestly of Disney+ in general — has been Baby Yoda (or “the Child”), who surprised audiences at the end of the first episode of the new Star Wars series. It’s no surprise, given fans’ reaction to the adorable young character, that Baby Yoda merch is reportedly about to drop.

Two officially licensed shirts featuring the Child are available now on Amazon (here and here!), but a report from Variety claims that there is a lot more coming down the pipeline over the next few days and weeks, from retailers including shopDisney, Amazon, Kohls, Target, Macy’s, Hot Topic, BoxLunch, and Zazzle.

It makes sense that merch featuring this character wasn’t available before the show premiered, in order to preserve the element of surprise. But it’s been more than a week since The Mandalorian‘s first episode, and I really think we all need a Baby Yoda plush in our stockings this year.

Stay tuned for more Baby Yoda merch updates as product debuts!
