From cosplay and collectibles to panels and pop-ups, there’s a lot to drink in at Comic-Con International: San Diego (SDCC), and nowhere is that more true than with Beeline Creative’s exclusives.
The company is back at SDCC this year with another round of Geeki Tikis that toast to the brand’s 10-year anniversary. In honor of the brand’s debut drinkware — a set of Star Wars-inspired tiki mugs — the sci-fi saga takes center stage on everything from mugs and glasses to apparel, transporting fans to the luau at lightspeed. You can Force-grab most of the exclusives at Beeline Creative’s booth (No. 2913-M), with select pieces available exclusively at Toynk’s booth (No. 3849).
At Beeline Creative’s booth, fans can collect all six extraterrestrial tiki mugs from the brand’s 2016 launch, complete with exclusive new sculpts, carvings, and colorways. Limited to 200 pieces each, the lineup includes Yoda, R2-D2, Chewbacca, Darth Vader, Stormtrooper, and Boba Fett, as well as a shiny new C-3PO mug, featuring a stunning, electro-chrome-plated gold finish. Each mug comes paired with a matching metal swizzle stick, so you can mix a little sci-fi into your Mai Tai.
For an extra cosmic cocktail, you can also score the newly re-released Max Rebo Band 6-Pack, featuring the debut of Rappertunie and Joh Yowza, and the third series of Mos Eisley’s Cantina 4-Pack, which transforms Kardue, Myo, Hem Dazon, and Nabrum Leids into mini muglets. However, the most impressive of them all is the Darth Vader “Dark Side” tiki mug, a 28-ounce sipper recreating the villain’s iconic helmet as it burned away during Revenge of the Sith, revealing his singed skull. With only 500 pieces available, this limited-edition mug is totally fire.
The collection continues with a set of four galactic glasses and a matching coaster set, each blending a classic tiki dive with an iconic Star Wars character or location. Fans can also raise a glass to Geeki Tikis’ decade of drinkware with an exclusive 10th anniversary Mai Tai glass, which pairs perfectly with the all-new Aloha Shirt from RSVLTS. Both out-of-this-world designs celebrate the brand’s signature style with tiki-fied versions of beloved characters like Darth Vader, Stormtroopers, Chewbacca, Yoda, Boba Fett, Droids, and the saga’s spaceships.
Meanwhile, at Toynk’s booth, fans can smuggle home the latest line of Star Wars Coco-Pals — including Darth Vader, Chewbacca, R2-D2, Boba Fett, and a Stormtrooper — as well as special anniversary editions of the AT-AT Punch Bowl and TIE Fighter mug, limited to just 150 collectibles a-piece. You can also find limited-edition variants of Eric Tan’s Darth Vader and Stormtrooper Geeki Tikis, each complete with a full-color display box featuring the original concept art for the design.
If you aren’t a Star Wars stan, don’t worry! There’s plenty of Geeki Tikis for fans of all franchises, including Earl Sinclair from Dinosaurs; Peter, Stewie, and Brian Griffin from Family Guy; and even a four-pack of Mega Muglets featuring fan-favorites from Futurama. The true rockstar is the Eric Tan x Elvis Stitch mug, starring the lovable blue alien in his Elvis Presley get-up from the original Disney film, ready to find a home in your next happy hour.
You can find all these mugs and more throughout the con at Beeline Creative’s booth (No. 2913-M) and Toynk’s booth (No. 3849). If you miss out, check back on geekitikis.com after the con; a select few might be available for purchase online for a limited time.
