The First-Ever ‘Dragon Ball’ LEGO Set Is Off the Scales

Someone must’ve gathered all seven Dragon Balls. The LEGO Group is teaming up with Toei Animation for an epic new building set, and it’s everything we’ve been wishing for. 

Available for preorder now, the LEGO Icons Dragon Ball: Shenron & Goku set marks the first-ever build inspired by the beloved anime, and its power levels are over 9,000. The 1,764-piece model re-creates one of the most iconic moments from the original series: the Eternal Dragon Shenron rising from the Dragon Balls, his flowing scales and sculpted claws just as majestic as they are on screen. Fans can pose Shenron’s head and claws, and even attach a Kid Goku minifigure aboard his Kintoun.

Fans can summon Shenron to their shelves starting Nov. 4 for $179.99. However, LEGO Insiders score an extra bonus. Not only can they shop the drop as early as Nov. 1, but they can also redeem 20 loyalty points for an exclusive digital download poster featuring the new set.

And that’s not all! This set is only the first of The LEGO Group and Toei Animation’s new partnership. Even more Dragon Ball-themed sets are already in the works, with all sorts of action-packed builds slated to hit shelves in 2027.
