Boo! Freeform is gearing up for spooky szn with a star-studded fan-fest to celebrate the spooktacular holiday and some true movie classics to get you in the celebratory mood.
The network announced that it will air “31 Nights of Halloween Fan Fest,” an all-star party with special tributes to Ghostbusters and The Haunted Mansion, on Saturday, Oct. 5.
The 90-minute special will be hosted by former Rent Live costars Vanessa Hudgens and Jordan Fisher (back after their duties hosting last year’s successful Hocus Pocus celebration) as they honor the 35th anniversary of Ghostbusters and the 50th anniversary of The Haunted Mansion from the iconic Hollywood Forever Cemetery in Los Angeles.
Filming will take place tomorrow, Sept. 12, with a slew of special guests, including Christina Aguilera, Ghostbusters legend Dan Aykroyd and director Ivan Reitman, other performers, and Freeform favorites. L.A. fans are welcome to join the biggest Halloween bash for the taping and, yes, costumes are encouraged!
