From American Horror Story and Archer to What We Do in the Shadows, FX has some epic shows on the air right now that have developed strong fan bases.
Now, FX fans in three major cities can interact with their favorite shows through outdoor, immersive sound and art installations. FX partnered with experiential marketing agency Creative Riff to produce the program, along with a trio of artists and sculptural designers. The three installations will focus on different genres that FX shows encompass, including drama, comedy, and horror.
The first installation kicks off tomorrow, Sept. 9, at the Hudson Yards Public Square and Gardens in New York City. Designed by New York-based design studio SOFTlab, this installation will be available to the public through this weekend, until Sept. 13.
The next stop is Chicago, where an FX art installation designed by Emilie Baltz will be available in Congress Plaza Garden South from Sept. 16-20. This installation specifically utilizes all five senses to tell stories.
Finally, fans in Los Angeles can visit Grand Park from Sept. 23-27 to enjoy an interactive installation from Vita Motus, a woman-owned production design firm.
In addition to enjoying the art at each of these locations, attendees will be able to complete a digital quiz to identify their FX profile and get a recommended list of shows based on their results.
