The core six Avengers (Robert Downey Jr., Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, and Chris Evans) appeared on Good Morning America this morning, where they chatted about the hype surrounding the upcoming Avengers: Endgame. (Yes, they say, the movie will live up to expectations.)
Then, GMA exclusively showed a sneak-peek of Endgame. Based on reports from last week, it is part of the same scene Disney showed at Cinemacon.
Carol Danvers/Captain Marvel (Brie Larson) has joined the team, and they are discussing whether or not to go after Thanos, who has used the stones again. It includes the moment from the second trailer when Thor proclaims, “I like this one,” as he stares Danvers down.
Check out part of the cast interview and the sneak peek below.
In the rest of the cast interview, the six Avengers revealed that none of them have actually seen the movie or know exactly what is going to happen.
“There’s so many different pieces going on and there’s, like, three different units happening at the same time,” Johansson says. “And if you’re not acting with another actor, then you don’t know what else is going on in the world because there’s so many different parts of this universe that, honestly, we really all are as kind of in the dark as all of you.”
