The stars have aligned for the launch of a new game from Goliath, developed in partnership with the podcast network Wondery. The Lunar Dial, a celestial strategy game, is based on Morbid, a true crime podcast that averages 1.5 million downloads per episode on Apple and Spotify.

Designed for 2-4 players, The Lunar Dial challenges players to collect cards, reveal Zodiacs, and earn moonstones in order to score points. The player with the most moonstones wins the game. Complete the experience with a table reading guided by the elements revealed in your Zodiac. Although Zodiac cards are rare and harder to get than moon cards, they can give players a special advantage; for example, the Intuitive Cancer card lets players take a peek at someone else’s hand.

This easy-to-learn game is perfect for those interested in the stars, astrology, mystical arts, and elements of “new spirituality,” such as crystals. Fans can also explore the Lunar Dial capsule collection debuting at the Morbid Wondery shop, which will include cropped hoodies, enamel mugs, pins, and more.

The Lunar Dial will be available to preorder from Amazon beginning on July 17. The first 1,000 orders will receive an exclusive art print and sticker. The game will be available at major retailers for $19.99 in the fall.
