The first trailer for IT: Chapter Two has arrived, and the peek at the Warner Bros. sequel to 2017’s IT does not disappoint. The members of the Loser’s Club are kids no more, and we finally get to see Jessica Chastain, Bill Skarsgård, James McAvoy, and Bill Hader as the adult versions of Stephen King’s characters.
The clip introduces us to a grown-up Beverly Marsh (Chastain), who returns to her childhood home to meet the current occupant: a creepy old lady who casually says, “No one who dies here ever really dies.” The trailer is full of twists and turns, eerie music, red balloons, and clowns. Lots of clowns.
IT: Chapter Two is due in theaters on Sept. 6.
