If you’ve ever wondered exactly what Rachel’s infamous Thanksgiving trifle tasted like, you won’t have to wait much longer. Insight Editions just released the first official Friends cookbook, and it is *packed* with dishes from (and inspired by) the show.
The cookbook has more than 50 recipes in all, including “Milk You Can Chew,” Monica’s Moist Maker sandwich, Pheobe’s Grandmother’s Cookies (Nestle Toulouse, anyone?), and — of course — the trifle. Each is accompanied by photographs and stills from the series.
Even if you’re not at Monica’s level of cooking prowess, don’t be deterred — The cookbook includes dishes for all skill levels. There are a variety of dish types, too, including appetizers, main courses, drinks, and desserts.
