Every year since 2002, Yu-Gi-Oh! fans have been able to count down the days to Christmas with a themed trading card advent calendar.
This year is no different and — though the holidays are still more than half a year away — the new Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game Calendar theme is here. This year’s calendar, which will be available starting September 27, features Kuriboh in its most popular forms.
The calendar is more compact this year — double-sided, with 12 doors on each side. Each door hides a rare or super rare holiday-themed card players can add to their collection.
One side of the calendar shows a winking Winged Kuriboh while the other side shows a brand-new “Performapal” Kuriboh. Both of these designs are featured on cards within the calendar.
In total, the calendar includes 17 super rare and 7 ultra-rare cards.
Basically, you don’t have to worry about holiday shopping for the Yu-Gi-Oh! fan in your life. This’ll definitely do the trick.
