All aboard! A North American culinary adventure is coming to your kitchen.

Ulysses Press will release a hardcover Ticket to Ride cookbook based on Alan R. Moon’s best-selling board game.

The book is organized into 15 sections inspired by destination tickets found in the game, which guide players through routes of multiple cities across the U.S and Canada. Each section of the book mimics a dining car menu and features an appetizer, a side dish, a main course, a dessert, and a (non-alcoholic or alcoholic) cocktail, all based on the corresponding cities.

There are more than 75 recipes to become fare-ly obsessed with. Whip up New England Clam Chowder, Little Rock Possum Pie, New York Cheesecake, San Francisco Mai Tais, and more. Try Poutine from Montreal, Hot Chicken from Nashville, and Half-Smoke Sausage Bites from Washington, DC.

With teachable recipes and full-color images, players can create local cuisine that will charm passengers and enhance route-building fun during their next game night. At $29.95, it makes a perfect gift for continent-trotters and tabletop gamers alike.

The cookbook will be released April 16 and is available for preorder now through Ulysses Press, Barnes & Noble, and Amazon.
