Unique Vintage is set to continue Barbie’s 60th anniversary celebration with the addition of 12 original spring looks to the Barbie x Unique Vintage collection.

The continuation of Unique Vintage’s 18-month partnership with Mattel will launch in March online at uniquevintage.com.

The new 1950s to mid-1980s-inspired pieces will come in sizes XS to 5X, reflecting Barbie’s all-embracing attitude.

The headlining piece in the collection is Barbie’s original Black and White Chevron-striped Bathing Suit from the very first Barbie doll introduced in 1959. For $88, the life-size one-piece includes two removable and adjustable straps for a convertible neckline.

The 60th Anniversary Spring Collection will also include the Pink Satin Strapless Enchanted Evening Gown ($158) & Faux Fur Stole ($58), the Light Blue Malibu Barbie Swimsuit ($68), Peaches ‘n Cream Chiffon Dress ($148), the Rose Coral & White Busy Morning Sundress ($198), the Black Apple Print Sheath Dress ($118), the 1960s Style Swirly Cue Shift Dress ($118), the Red & White Gingham Woven Picnic Blouse ($58), the Dark Blue Denim Picnic Capri Pants ($98), the Rose & White Gingham Barbie-Q Swing Dress ($118), the Pink Fashion Luncheon Sheath Dress & Jacket ($210), the Light Blue Vacation Adventure Swing Skirt (88), and the Retro Barbie Doll Face Handbag ($72).

“As one of the largest in the vintage reproduction apparel industry, our collaboration with Barbie was a natural fit,” Katie Echeverry, founder, CEO, and creative director of Unique Vintage said in a statement. “The industry is one that is rapidly expanding.”

Barbie x Unique Vintage collection launched last October. Major fashion magazines, including Who What Wear, Elle, and Marie Claire, featured the vintage collection in their “fashion trends” lists last December.
