Your favorite snack is having a Y2K moment. Cheez-It is teaming up with Chain, a restaurant brand launched by B.J. Novak, to debut the Cheez-It Court food court stall at the Westfield Topanga Mall in Los Angeles, California.
The Cheez-It Court menu features cheesy twists on three iconic food court staples. The Cheez-Y-Bun is a sweet and savory cinnamon roll swirled in Cheez-It Extra Cheesy-seasoned cream cheese frosting and topped off with a shortbread crumble, salted caramel crunch, and a crunchy Cheez-It cracker. The Crunchy Cheez-Dog is inspired by a Korean corn dog, featuring a Wagyu hot dog in a panko and Cheez-It cracker crust topped with mustard and ketchup. Finally, the Cheez-It Court is giving the Philly cheesesteak an upgrade with the Cheez-Steak, featuring sliced ribeye, melted American cheese, grilled onions, pickled jalapenos, dill pickle aioli, and a Cheez-It Hot & Spicy cracker and chive crumble on a toasted Cheez-It Extra Cheesy seasoned hoagie roll.

This is the first brand partner stall for Chain’s six-month food court residency at Westfield Topanga Mall. The Cheez-It Court decor brings back the vibrant colors of Y2K, featuring retro employee uniforms, cheesy cracker-patterend counters, and other iconic details.
The Cheez-It Court will be open daily from Sept. 2-30. It will be open from 3-8 p.m. PST on Monday and Tuesday, 12-8 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, and 12-9 p.m. on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. If you can’t make it to L.A., the recipes for each menu item will be available at cheezit.com.
