What first began with Dean Unglert post-The Bachelorette and the Bachelor in Paradise discussing the perils of being single and seeking relationship advice, soon became a trio of Bach Nation faves doing the same. Jared Haibon (now engaged to chronic cryer Ashley I.) and Vanessa Grimaldi (following her breakup from two-time runner-up Nick Viall) joined Deanie Babies to dish on all things dating and relationships.

The podcast started as Deanie Babies sought dating advice from professionals, friends, and fans who call into the iHeartRadio show, and now evolved into the trio engaging in an unfiltered conversation and bringing in celebrities and experts to add any thoughts about the theme of each episode.

One of the first big podcasts to stem from Bachelor Nation was the pop culture discussion and interview podcast with the lovable Ben Higgins and Ashley Iaconetti as they discuss, well, being “almost famous.” The podcasts break down the franchise episodes, as well as talking all about relationships and breakups, and welcoming special guest celebrities and Bachelor alums to chat.

The trio of besties—Jade Tolbert, Carly Waddell (both from Chris Soules’ season), and Liz Sandoz (from Nick Viall’s season)—created this podcast to discuss womanhood and motherhood. They also dish details about their happily-ever-after Bachelor franchise families whilst supporting a community of women by focusing on women’s issues and topics. For anyone who enjoys following happy Bach couples (and their spawn) on Instagram, this is surely the podcast for you.

Of course, when former broadcast journalist Olivia quit her “dream job” to appear on Ben Higgins’ season of the franchise, she found a new passion for podcasting. And what else could she name it, but a nod to her GIF-inspring wide-open mouth? Rather than discussing being left on that deserted island and all the talk of her cankles, Caridi brings in a slew of special guests to talk about anything and everything going on in the world and pop culture.

“Off the Vine” host former Bachelorette Kaitlyn Bristowe discusses her life post-Bachelorette, recaps the franchise with other fan-favorites, and interviews celebs and influencers, all with a glass of wine in hand. Pop open a bottle and listen in for all the juicy deets, including her side of the breakup with former beau Shawn Booth. Bristowe shares laughs, exclusive interviews, taboo topics, TV recaps, advice, and plenty of Bach-related content in the entertaining podcast.

The newly engaged Ashley I. has yet another podcast, this one with her sister Lauren (who fans can remember from her brief season two Paradise stint) and her best friend and one of the show’s producers, Naz Perez, to discuss their lives and culture. The trio discuss all things relationships, pop culture, everyday occurrences, dating, and conducts interviews with Bach Nation alums about their lives.

Paradise‘s newest bartender, Wells Adams, joins forces with Brandi Cyrus (Miley’s older sis) to talk their favorite things on their joint podcast. The weekly podcast shares their favorite things from that week, with Bach Nation and Cyrus family members sometimes stopping by for a chat.

Becca Tilley and BFF Tanya Rad first and foremost created their People’s Choice Award-winning podcast to pay homage to Tilley’s obsession love for the long-running ABC medical drama, Grey’s Anatomy. In addition to covering her favorite shows, the girls cover dating and relationships, music, and their other interests. Actors from her favorite shows join the “Scrubbing In” squad in the studio and chat on the air with Becca and Tanya, including Grey’s star Jason George and This is Us‘ Lonnie Chavis. Becca and her pals discuss their favorite TV shows, all of Tanya’s crazy dating tales (She takes notes during dates!), recaps from their daily lives, and interviews with celebrity guests.

Taylor Nolan, the emotionally intelligent mental health counselor from Nick Viall’s season, creates a safe forum to discuss mental health. It certainly is a meaningful and necessary market, so I’m not going to even attempt to say something funny here. This podcast focuses on mental health, healthy relationships, and personal development, based on her experience in Bach Nation and studies in psychology and counseling. She discusses a variety of important issues and brings together guest experts and Bachelor alums to share their stories to her network of listeners.

Obviously, Corinne Olympios, Queen of Naps and Corn, has a podcast. On “So Random,” it is just as the title indicates—she discusses random things, which is, well, pretty on-brand for Olympios. Olympios discusses her life and business ventures, and interviews celebs and her Bach friends in 30-minute episodes. There is one episode specifically dedicated to Corinne going shopping with her mom. Seriously, I just want to be Corinne when I grow up.

Sarah Herron is easily one of the most inspiring former Bach contestants, first appearing on Sean Lowe’s season and the dual seasons of Paradise. Based on her SheLift Foundation, Sarah’s podcast aims to feature women doing remarkable things wit their voices, talents, and platforms. Her guests, both in and out of the Bachelor franchise, inspire compassion, creativity, and change with their stories.

Her podcast doesn’t try to capitalize on her Bachelor experience, but rather tells uplifting stories about women supporting women, and I am here for it.

Jordan Rodgers, who won JoJo Fletcher’s heart on her season of The Bachelorette, brings his past football almost-career and sportscaster passion for his own podcast, about—shocking—sports. Jordan and his brother Luke talk about everything sports-related and bring out surprise sports guests to interview. The brothers keep up with all the latest and relevant sports news, which I don’t understand, so I’m just going to leave this here and move on.

Former Bachelorette and Dancing with the Stars winner Melissa Rycroft and her bestie Courtenay DeHoff discuss everything from life, love, and real-life embarrassing moments. The five-episode podcast immediately starts on a relatable note as they announce, “take off your bras” and settle in before you listen, which, I mean, accurate. The duo discusses a random hodgepodge of topics in a funny, relatable manner that makes it entertaining, because we totally get their life’s struggles.

Eric Bigger,a finalist on Rachel Lindsay’s season and the most recent Paradise, takes his motivational speaking platform to a podcast forum. Bigger aims to open a conversational space with unexpected guests for unexpected conversations with a diverse group of writers, actors, experts, and influencers. He released the first episode in October, which features important conversations about American life, diversity, vulnerability, and other serious topics—and so far that is the only episode available.

Surely, you remember Alex Bordyukov—Russian not-spy from Rachel Lindsay’s season and the guy who can complete a Rubik’s cube in no time. Do I actually remember him? Or was I too busy staring at Perfect Peter’s face to see that there were other guys? Oops.

Bordyukov created TinoBordy Podcast Budget Edition with his best friend and brought together his Bach buddies for a podcast. The debut episode discusses why Alex didn’t want to be the franchise lead and even brought together our favorites, Deanie Babies, Perfect Peter, Dr. Abs Bryan, and Bachelorette Rachel.

The 46-minute episode features random conversations with Alex’s Bach friends, and it has a conversation with both Rachel and Peter, separately. As Bordyukov pointed out, Peter is his “clickbait.” Which, to be fair, was the reason I listened in completion, so he’s not wrong. It’s basically a parody of how every contestant has a podcast now, so point one to Alex.

First off, I cannot believe that the ultimate villain Chad Johnson has a podcast, and two, that I just listened to an episode, even if I could only make it through ten minutes. PodcastOne hosts a place where we can all live in “Chad’s World” and listen to Johnson to chat about his crazy experience on the show, as a villain, and interviewing guests from Bach Nation and other influencers. In his first episode, he legitimately comes across like a jerk, so I’m feeling a smidge of regret for listening right now.

Oh dear god… Josh Murray has a podcast. And it’s called “Naked Chats.” I can’t believe I actually just clicked on it and listened to even five minutes of it. Also, side note: That image is his actual graphic used to promote the podcast, which looks horrible, doesn’t it? The negative space, the weird use of Photoshop; yikes.

Murray aims to use nakedness as a metaphor for truth, which in the first of five episodes, makes him sound creepy in his intro discussing nakedness as a metaphor and joking around if he is recording this sans-clothes. I feel legitimately uncomfortable, did not enjoy it, and spend most of the time wanting it to just end. He wants to tackle different topics with his celebrity guests and discuss truths in an unapologetic and honest manner, but honestly, after everything we know about him, I just literally can’t right now. I’m done.

Find a soothing moment with these podcasts, in between wishing Blake or Jason was the franchise lead in January. Water under the bridge, right??
