Everyone’s favorite family-man-slash-deadly-sniper may return to the big screen.

Two years after Suicide Squad—the the villains-turned-heroes film—hit theaters, star Will Smith discussed the potential for a standalone film starring his character, Deadshot.

During a Q&A with fans on his YouTube channel, Smith confirmed that meetings have taken place about a Deadshot movie. He said, “I love playing Deadshot. I really enjoyed that character. They’ve been talking about it. so if a good idea comes around, we’ve been having meetings. But I would love to. I love Deadshot.”

A Suicide Squad sequel is already in the works as well. According to co-writer Todd Stashwick, the script is done. However, the production timeline is unclear.
