The ’90s are calling — They want their nightmares back.

Get ready to relive the days of reading Night of the Living Dummy under the covers and renting The Haunted Mask on VHS: There’s a new, live-action Goosebumps TV series in the works.

The latest Goosebumps adaptation, based on R.L. Stine’s bestselling horror books, is a collaboration between Scholastic Entertainment, Sony Pictures TV, and Neal H. Moritz, who produced the movies Goosebumps and Goosebumps 2. Scholastic Entertainment President and Chief Strategy Officer Iole Lucchese will serve as executive producer, alongside Moritz, Caitlin Friedman, and Pavun Shetty.

There are very few details at this point, in terms of which Goosebumps books the series will adapt or if the new series will tie in with any previous Goosebumps adaptations. For now, fans can get their Goosebumps fix by visiting Scholastic’s Goosebumps portal while binging the entire ’90s TV series on Netflix.
