Calling all Luchadores and Luchadoras: Mattel is expanding its licensed merch portfolio into the ring of Lucha Libre.
During a panel at Comic-Con International: San Diego (SDCC), Mattel announced a multi-year licensing deal that includes Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide (AAA), which means more merch is on the way for fans soon.
This fall, the brand plans to launch a line of action figures inspired by the franchise’s famous wrestlers, featuring the vibrant storytelling, colorful costumes and masks, and the heart-pounding excitement of lucha libre.
Some of the legendary characters included in this first wave include Psycho Clown, El Hijo del Vikingo, La Parka, and Mr. Iguana, who will come with his signature iguana sidekick. Following the announcement, Mattel opened preorders for the Mr. Iguana figure on Mattel Creations, so fans can add the duo to their collections now.

AAA ULTIMATE EDITION MR. IGUANA ACTION FIGURE
This legendary action figure features Mr. Iguana in his signature costume and face paint, alongside his signature iguana partner, La Yezka. The set includes three interchangeable heads, two sets of interchangeable hands, two La Yeska figures for different posing options, a soft jacket, and a pair of removable sunglasses.
