Gamescom is officially in full force — or should I say full of the Force? Last night, the virtual gaming event kicked off with an opening night presentation packed with news for Star Wars fans.

From a new The Sims 4 pack that takes players to a galaxy far, far, away to trailers for some previously announced titles, there’s tons of new Star Wars gaming news to catch up on. Check out the highlights below!

THE SIMS 4 STAR WARS: JOURNEY TO BATUU

This new pack for The Sims 4 will be available on Sept. 8 for Origin, Steam, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4! Your Sims will be able to travel to a galaxy far, far away — specifically to Battu, from Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge! Explore the Millennium Falcon, the bustling cantina, and sights and sounds of Star Wars. You will unite with iconic characters and be forced to decide: Will you support Kylo Ren or join Rey and Vi Moradi in the fight against the First Order? You can even collect your own lightsaber and droid. Check out the trailer above to see the game pack in action and click here for more details!

LEGO STAR WARS: THE SKYWALKER SAGA

The good news: We got a gameplay trailer for this ultimate LEGO Star Wars game. And we got details about the game’s deluxe edition, which will come with a clever cover feature that lifts Darth Vader’s helmet, a character collection bundle with six DLC character packs, and an exclusive Luke Skywalker mini-figure! The bad news? The game has been pushed back. Now, the game will be available in spring 2021 for the Xbox One, the Xbox Series X, the Nintendo Switch, the PlayStation 4 and 5, PC, and Mac.

STAR WARS: SQUADRONS

General Leia Organa ushers players into the world of Star Wars: Squadrons in this new single-player preview video. This game release is coming up soon — Oct. 2! — and the preview gives fans a look at an early Imperial mission behind enemy lines.

Keep up with the rest of gamescom this weekend for even more video game news and reveals!
