The show, which has been sailing the fandom high seas for 22 years, follows pirate Monkey D. Luffy and his Straw Hat crew on their quest to find the legendary “One Piece” treasure. In the past 16 months, Toei has brought more than 20 licensing partners aboard for the show, including both new partnerships and renewed agreements.
Some of the new products that One Piece fans can find include apparel from Dim Mak, GCDS, and Original Stitch; collectibles from Oniri Creations, Jimei Palace Studio, and Mighty Jaxx; sporting goods from Victor; gifts and novelties from Monogram International; and a new video game from Bandai Namco Entertainment called One Piece Odyssey. some of the renewed partners include Ripple Junction for apparel and Funko for collectibles.
Anime fans can also look forward to “One Piece Film Red presents Steve Aoki,” an event slated for July 2 as part of this year’s Anime Expo. The one-night event will celebrate the upcoming release of One Piece Film Red, the 15th film in the One Piece franchise.
