There’s no Friday the 13th this October, but that won’t save you. Pabst Blue Ribbon (PBR) and Horror Inc. are launching limited-edition Jason Voorhees merch to haunt your home.
The lineup features accessories, apparel, bobbleheads, tap handles, glassware, koozies, and more. PBR is also launching a 12-pack of beer sporting the slasher. The killer packaging can be cut out into Voorhees’ mask, providing fans with an instant Halloween costume.
Throughout the fall, the brands are taking the merch to events to get fans into the spooky spirit. Jason Voorhees-themed takeovers are going to dominate nightlife at New York Comic Con (NYCC), Oct. 8-11, taking over several local venues during the show. Get ready to fight (and dance) for your life!
The companies are also teaming up with horror creators Oct. 15 to host watch parties nationwide for A24’s upcoming series, Crystal Lake. Fans can take home capsule merch, themed popcorn buckets, and more.
Jason will also be making an appearance at The Fest 24 in Gainesville, Florida, Oct. 23-25, with slasher-themed goodies on display at participating stores and bars.
The killer won’t go into hiding after Halloween. To promote the merch, the companies will host micro campaigns celebrating Halloween and National Hockey Mask Day (Nov. 1). The collab will come to an end on Friday, Nov. 13, with an iconic “Last Chance to Buy” moment.
