Only two weeks left until Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark comes to life in Guillermo del Toro’s film adaptation of the ‘90s book of spooky tales by Alvin Schwartz.
CBS films released a new trailer starring the Jangly Man, and he’s just as terrifying as he sounds. The movie takes place in 1968 in a small town in the USA bunch of teenagers set out to explore the old Bellows family mansion, but little do they know that the young girl who lived there lived a tortured life and wrote her stories down. They find the scary stories in the old house, and the monsters start to get way too real.
Scary Stories hits theaters on Aug. 9 but in the meantime, check out the trailer below.
