It’s a bird! It’s a plane! It’s… a scentsational Old Spice pop-up crash-landing at Comic-Con International: San Diego (SDCC)!
Old Spice is celebrating the launch of its limited-edition Superman products by giving fans the tools to “Smell Like a Hero” all weekend long. The highlight of the experience is an interactive AR crash site, which challenges fans to track a meteorite using QR codes until they find a 12-foot Kryptonian capsule — just like Superman’s! Fans can check out the event throughout SDCC at the Promenade Plaza at the Hilton Bayfront.

Fans will emerge from the Kryptonian pod with an epic photo and a free full-size Old Spice X Superman deodorant, body wash, or shampoo, each with a supercharged citrusy scent. Afterwards, fans can strike a pose at Superman photo ops, swoop exclusive swag, compete in giveaways, and even meet the Old Spice Guy. From the galaxy to grooming, Superman and Old Spice are definitely heavenscent.
Fans can supe-up their smell throughout the convention at the Promenade Plaza at the Hilton Bayfront. If you can’t make it to the show, don’t worry! You can still collect Old Spice’s Superman collection at most retailers.
