The Loyal Subjects know a thing or two about reviving classic fan-favorite toys, and this year at Comic-Con International: San Diego (SDCC), they’re offering some ’80s-inspired exclusives that fans will definitely want to check out.
Fans who remember the original Popples plush can find a soccer-themed Popple wearing a soccer uniform and tucked into a soccer ball. A great companion for rewatching World Cup recaps, this 11-inch plush will be sold for $35 and is a limited run.
If football’s more your speed, then the My Pet Monster Football Edition will be a must-have for your collection. This 14″ plush is a recreation of one of the rarest My Pet Monster variants, and comes with a football jersey, helmet, and its orange breakaway cuffs.
M.A.S.K. fans can check out two exclusives at the booth: detailed holographic versions of the Thunderhawk and Condor vehicles. Each collectible vehicle glows neon green in the dark and comes with various accessories to use for action-packed display moments. The Thunderhawk costs $75 and can be flipped into a jet that Matt Trakker can fly in. The Condor costs $50 and can be converted from a motorcycle to a helicopter.
Fans can check out and preorder their faves now at theloyalsubjects.com/collections/pre-orders, or pay a visit to The Loyal Subjects’ booth at the show (No. 3245). Whether you’re looking to add a touch of nostalgic 80s realness to your displays or want to relive your childhood, these exclusives from The Loyal Subjects are sure to be a con highlight.
