Back in the day, all we got was Pizza Planet in MGM Studios, (pre-Hollywood studios to all the newbies out there, but O.G. Disney fans already knew that), later followed by Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin in Magic Kingdom, and the occasional green army man walking around. Now, the moment we’ve all been waiting for—drumroll please—a land dedicated entirely to Toy Story opened to the public on Saturday.

Toy Story Land is the biggest expansion at Hollywood Studios since it opened in 1989, at a whopping 11 acres, although it will lose that title to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge when that opens in fall 2019.

Expect to see oversized toys, such as a 20-foot tall talking Woody doll with the voice of Tom Hanks, Wheezy the rubber toy penguin, and, as the perfect inclusive addition, women soldiers in the green army patrol (!!!!). No detail is left behind, such as the Toy Story theme song “You’ve Got A Friend In Me,” by Randy Newman playing as the rollercoaster soundtrack, Scrabble letters sprinkled on restroom doors, and Andy’s ginormous footprint stomped across the landscape (the equivalent of a size 240 shoe).

Attractions include the family-friendly Slinky Dog Dash rollercoaster, Alien Swirling Saucers, a carnival-themed 4-D arcade inside Andy’s room, and Woody’s Lunch Box, an eatery with trendy snacks such as a chocolate hazelnut pop tart with candied bacon and adult lemonade with cherry vodka, lemonade, and black cherry puree. Perfect for the adult who never wants to grow up!
