Journey into The Unknown with Funko’s ‘Over the Garden Wall’ Pops

Instead of finding their way home, Greg and Wirt are wandering into yours. 

Just in time for our annual Over the Garden Wall rewatch, Funko is stepping into The Unknown with its first-ever Pop! figures inspired by the cult-classic miniseries. The drop features five creepy-cute characters to collect — but beware! There’s also an eerie chase variant lurking in the trees, ready to haunt your home this Halloween. 

Leading the lineup are the lost bros themselves: Wirt and Gregory. The Wirt figure stands just over five inches tall and wears his iconic navy blue cloak and Pilgrim’s hat. Perched in his hand is none other than Beatrice the bluebird, and by the look of Wirt’s quirked eyebrow, they’re probably already bickering away. 

Meanwhile, Pop! Gregory is pure potatoes and molasses. Just as adorable as the animation, the figure rocks Greg’s charming tea-kettle hat and brown satchel, no doubt full of turts, while Jason Funderburker croaks in the crook of his arm. In his hand, you’ll find the stone Greg stole from Mrs. Daniels garden — and that’s a rock fact! The figure stands just shorter than his older half-brother, clocking in at about 4.6 inches, making this duo an extra dynamic display. 

Fans can also collect characters that Greg and Wirt met on their adventure, such as Enoch, the pumpkin-headed leader of Pottsfield, and the deadly-serious Woodsman. This grimly gray Pop! is armed with his axe and the Dark Lantern, on his way to chop Edelwood trees at The Beast’s behest. 

Keep an eye on the trees, because The Beast is hiding in this lineup, too. At a towering 5.4 inches tall, this vinyl figure perfectly captures the monster’s dark, shadowy silhouette, complete with white eyes that glow a piercing blue in the dark. A few lucky souls may even unbox a chilling chase variant inspired by The Beast’s true form. The variant will ship at random, and fans have a 1-in-6 chance of receiving it.
