If you’re looking to claim your place in space (or find an out-of-this-world home on Earth), today is your lucky day! Realtor.com is teaming up with Marvel to celebrate Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, which opens in theaters on May 5, by bringing fans a chance to claim their corner of the cosmos.
Head to realtor.com/guardians to participate in Guardians of the Galaxy trivia that tests your knowledge of the franchise. Fans can then earn and exchange “Units,” a fictional intergalactic currency inspired by the film, to unlock coordinates for out-of-this-universe “real estate.” The given coordinates will be located across six fictional locations from the edges of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, such as Knowhere, Morag, and Sovereign. Unlocking each intergalactic MCU location comes complete with an honorary Certificate of Title.
In addition to earning a place among the stars, fans can also explore homes across the United States inspired by characters from the film. These seven uniquely curated collections of homes are inspired by Star-Lord, Gamora, Rocket, Drax, Groot, Mantis, and Nebula.
Each home offers characteristics inspired by the beloved band of misfits. For example, Star-Lord’s listings have a taste of ’80s fun and Terran charm, while Groot’s houses are formidable spaces rooted (get it?) in tranquility.
Fans can blend the fictional with the real while living intergalactic life with this collaboration.
